Big room,near the pool,good breakfast

First day breakfast was awful, some yellow rice with a small piece of fried chicken (cold).

Serve a proper set of breakfast or don't serve at all.

Welcoming greet from the staff were good. Easy access to the room from the parking space.The bed are comfortable. Hotel are surrounded by trees, felt calm and cozy to stay.Varieties of menu for breakfast, but the taste were so-so.

Old furniture and interiors. Toilet not so clean, as the mold and stain are still visible.Swimming pool quite small and dirty. My kids were disappointed on that.Can't reach good tv channel to enjoy.

soup should be always keep hot. i ate mee cold soup and its not accepted. We never been informed that the pool was under maintenance.

Location wise was good nearby local attraction places, breakfast was just average, not many choices available.

Swimming pool was not maintain, air cond was old and making some noises, in room lighting was a bit dark.

The breakfast was not bad actually especially the nasi lemak.

the management can do better regarding room and bathroom cleanliness. Seri Malaysia Hotel is known as an identity of Malaysian culture because it had at every state. need refurbishment room, receptionist, pool.

Swimming pool need to service and repair, dangerous for child to swim. please Do something this area(pool)

Need to upgrade the rooms for all branches of hotel seri malaysia to the latest. One of them is the soundproof rooms. And do upgrade the the taste of food. But the staffs are all good

I noticed ants at the kaya plate..window at the restoran look unclean.. the bed produced sound once you sit on it..the furniture's looks aging..

The pillows were dirty, toilet pump was broken (when flush, the water leaked), the jam jars during breakfast were so dirty.

Smooth check in. There's plenty of board games in hotel lobby lounge and two massage chair machine which just need to pay by QRpay. Breakfast option consists Nasi Lemak or Mee Goreng. Nasi Lemak was superb. Buffet section served with nuggets, sausages, mixed salads, baked beans, toasts, cereals, coffee and cordial drinks.

Expect some noises from insect called cicadidae. Plenty of cicadidae outside the room during night & early morning.
